Amsterdam Luxury Travel (Chamber of Commerce 73185442) is responsible for the processing of personal data described below.

What we collect

When you request or book a trip we process your name, e-mail address, phone number, pick-up and destination addresses, travel date and time, flight number, number of passengers and any notes you add. When you pay, Mollie processes your payment details; we do not receive your card details.

Why we use it

• To check availability, confirm and carry out your trip (performance of the contract)
• To process payments and keep our accounts (legal obligation)
• To ask for a review after your trip (legitimate interest; you can object at any time)

Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to deliver the service: your chauffeur, our payment provider Mollie, our hosting and e-mail providers, and our accountant. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept as long as needed for the trip and for our legal bookkeeping obligation of seven years for invoices and payments.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by e-mail to info@amsterdamluxurytravel.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
