How we run a roadshow

Built from your meeting list

  1. You send the schedule. Addresses, meeting times and the names of the travellers.
  2. We check the drive times between each address at that time of day, and flag meetings that are too tight.
  3. One chauffeur drives the whole day and has the full list, including contact names at each office.
  4. Changes during the day go to the chauffeur or to dispatch; the next stop is adjusted straight away.

Roadshow questions

What if a meeting runs late?

The chauffeur waits and lets you know how much time the drive to the next address takes. If the day becomes longer than booked, the extra hours are charged at the hourly rate.

Can you handle several teams at once?

Yes. Each team gets its own car and chauffeur, and one dispatcher keeps the overview.

Do you start or end at Schiphol?

Often. We can pick the team up at arrivals in the morning and drop them at departures after the last meeting.
